New paper: Genomic and pathogenic characteristics of novel bacteria found in rodents

Researchers of RIKEN BRC, core facility of the NBRP mice resource have published a paper that characterises the genomic and pathogenic features of a novel bacteria, Rodentibacter sp., that is found in rodents.

“Genomic and pathogenic characterization of RTX toxin producing Rodentibacter sp. that is closely related to Rodentibacter haemolyticus“, Infection, Genetics and Evolution Volume 102, August 2022. 10.1016/j.meegid.2022.105314.
