Registration Fee is collected in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Pre-registration fee is deducted to JPY 8,000 to encourage attendance to ANRRC2016.

* Student must provide verification of Student ID or a recommendation from his/her advisor.
The Organizer offers the following grant for presenters.
- For the presenters at talk session: registration fee of JPY8,000 and Reception fee of JPY6,000.
- For the presenters at poster session: lunch fee of 1,080.
Only one presenter is eligible for each accepted paper.
Only one presentation is applied even if you present multiple papers.
Funds will be provided to the applicant on-site at the meeting venue.
After you complete your registration through the registration site, please click the "Go to Payment Page" button. Payments by credit card and convenience store will be accepted.
The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments.
Visa, MasterCard®, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club
The due date for the payment is September 10, 2016. Please note that payments for pre-registration will not be accepted after this date.
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
Once you have completed the above steps, click on the Confirm/Purchase/Edit/Cancel/Additional application button on "My Page," then click on the "Display Confirmation Sheet" button and print out the Confirmation Sheet.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk.
*In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
*Please note all refunds will be made after the conference.
*Please revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to your "My Page".
